I was not able to reserve the same spot for more than one day.
I started reserving 2 or more nights with a reply that the spot was already taken.
I end up reserving one different spot for 4 nights (we had to move every day).
The restroom hand dryers are super loud kind of annoying for the camp sites near the restrooms.
... but in general, the campground is great! Thank you!

Many Glacier is the best campground in the park, love the spots along the river all the hikes from campground are great. The only complaint from the trip is the second site we stayed in had a shared driveway and we got boxed in and had to ask someone to move their car so we could get out.

Despite how densely packed the sites are, they still felt private and quiet. The camp host was lovely. One tip though: the fire rings don’t have grates so plan accordingly if you’re cooking.

We had a great time at Many Glacier! Sites were nice, clean and convenient showers at the lodge across the street. We even had a mama moose and her baby walk through our camp! Doesn’t get better than that! Also very close to lots of trailheads. Highly recommend!

Our site was a little small for our 10-person tent despite being labeled for a large tent. We made it work anyway. Close to two bathrooms and not far from the amphitheater and camp store. Quiet at night and private. We could hike the popular Iceberg and Swiftcurrent trails from our campsite!

Great campground and location. Freshly paved roads and paths. Bathrooms well maintained. Park Volunteer was very nice and informative, greeted us after arrival and explained important bear safety information.

Many Glacier Campground is accessible via Glacier National Park roads, which connect to US Highway 2 approximately 25 miles to the south. US Highway 2 is the nearest major road providing access to the campground.

Policies & Rules
General
- Make Sure You Book the Correct Campsite! You are responsible for reading the site alerts and booking a site that will accommodate your equipment. Most campsites and driveways are very small and will not accommodate towed units over 21 feet (6.4 m). A limited number of sites can accommodate towed units 26 to 30 feet (8 to 9 m). Many campsites will not accommodate camper 'slide-outs'. If you must use slide-outs, please make a reservation at St. Mary Campground, located 22 miles (35 km) from Many Glacier and 1/2 mile (.8 km) along the Going-to-the-Sun Road.
- Entrance Fees. The park entrance fee is $35 per vehicle and $20 for hiker or bicyclist. The entrance fee is valid for seven days (and may be purchased upon arrival or in advance). The park honors Interagency annual and lifetime passes.
- Food Storage and Wildlife. Grizzly and black bears frequent the area. Food storage regulations are strictly enforced. When not in immediate use, all food, beverages, coolers, cooking and eating utensils, toiletries, pet food, or other attractants must be kept in a closed, hard-sided vehicle or secured in bear resistant lockers located throughout the campground.
- Rules and Regulations. It is the camper's responsibility to be aware of all Glacier National Park Campground Rules and Regulations
- Maximum Stay. Camping is limited to 14 days between July 1 and Labor Day, and 30 days between Labor Day and June 30.
- No Hookups. There are no electric, water or sewer hookups at individual campsites. Shared water spigots are located throughout the campground. One dump station is conveniently located at the entrance to the campground.
- Generator free sites are # 48 - 59, 71, and # 86- 102. Other sites allow generator use only during the hours of , , and .
- No Phone or Cell Connectivity. There is no public phone or cell phone coverage in or near Many Glacier Campground. The closest phone service is 12 miles (19 km) east in the town of Babb, MT.
- Maximum Number of Tents. Campsites allow a maximum of 2 tents per site.
- Hammocks. Hammocks must be hung over non vegetated areas using one inch straps or wider. Vegetation may not be trampled to access hammocks.
- Renting an RV or trailer? Per 36 CFR 5.3, commercial business may not take place inside Glacier National Park. This includes RVs and trailers being delivered within Glacier's boundaries. Renters of these must drive them in themselves.
