Many Glaciers is a beautiful location and we were happy to reserve a campsite there. The ranger talk on Beavers in the evening was amazing. There were some very vigilant and even aggressive rangers patrolling campfires. We have no interest in having a fire in a National Park and would prefer a burn ban, but the manner in which these rangers patrolled scared our children and made the experience less enjoyable.

This is our favorite campground in glacier. This part of the park is the most beautiful and gives access to fantastic hiking. This camp site in particular was difficult because we didn’t have enough room for our tent without it being too close to the fire ring. So we were not able to have a fire while we were there. Tons of morning sun but afternoon/evening shade. Shares bear box with neighbors. Bathrooms could really use updating but are in line with what you would expect from a national park.

The campground was quiet. We had site 45 the first night which is outside the bathroom and often mistaken for the path to the restroom. I would not recommend this campsite number. We had a different site the next two nights which were nice.

The campground was nice and nestled between the mountains. It was also in close proximity to several hikes in the Many Glacier area. However, site 45 was quite small --- extremely difficult to fit our medium sized tent. The site was also very close to the bathroom (we had people walking though our site to access the facilities).

We loved the number of trails that lead to awe inspiring views. The grounds were kept really clean and access to trash disposal, bathrooms and water was abundant. The camp host Tracy and his wife were very friendly. We will be back regularly!

Many Glacier Campground is accessible via Glacier National Park roads, which connect to US Highway 2 approximately 25 miles to the south. US Highway 2 is the nearest major road providing access to the campground.

Policies & Rules
General
- Make Sure You Book the Correct Campsite! You are responsible for reading the site alerts and booking a site that will accommodate your equipment. Most campsites and driveways are very small and will not accommodate towed units over 21 feet (6.4 m). A limited number of sites can accommodate towed units 26 to 30 feet (8 to 9 m). Many campsites will not accommodate camper 'slide-outs'. If you must use slide-outs, please make a reservation at St. Mary Campground, located 22 miles (35 km) from Many Glacier and 1/2 mile (.8 km) along the Going-to-the-Sun Road.
- Entrance Fees. The park entrance fee is $35 per vehicle and $20 for hiker or bicyclist. The entrance fee is valid for seven days (and may be purchased upon arrival or in advance). The park honors Interagency annual and lifetime passes.
- Food Storage and Wildlife. Grizzly and black bears frequent the area. Food storage regulations are strictly enforced. When not in immediate use, all food, beverages, coolers, cooking and eating utensils, toiletries, pet food, or other attractants must be kept in a closed, hard-sided vehicle or secured in bear resistant lockers located throughout the campground.
- Rules and Regulations. It is the camper's responsibility to be aware of all Glacier National Park Campground Rules and Regulations
- Maximum Stay. Camping is limited to 14 days between July 1 and Labor Day, and 30 days between Labor Day and June 30.
- No Hookups. There are no electric, water or sewer hookups at individual campsites. Shared water spigots are located throughout the campground. One dump station is conveniently located at the entrance to the campground.
- Generator free sites are # 48 - 59, 71, and # 86- 102. Other sites allow generator use only during the hours of , , and .
- No Phone or Cell Connectivity. There is no public phone or cell phone coverage in or near Many Glacier Campground. The closest phone service is 12 miles (19 km) east in the town of Babb, MT.
- Maximum Number of Tents. Campsites allow a maximum of 2 tents per site.
- Hammocks. Hammocks must be hung over non vegetated areas using one inch straps or wider. Vegetation may not be trampled to access hammocks.
- Renting an RV or trailer? Per 36 CFR 5.3, commercial business may not take place inside Glacier National Park. This includes RVs and trailers being delivered within Glacier's boundaries. Renters of these must drive them in themselves.
