Loved our stay here at St. Mary's. Right on the Going to the Sun road it's an ideal location. If you're hungry head out of the park to the north to Two Sisters ~ great food!

Smallest campsite I’ve ever been to. Very open- no privacy at all. Barely any trees throughout entire campground and no views. If you are desperate to find a spot to sleep stay here- otherwise try Avalanche.

Very close to town. Clean bathrooms and showers were nice.
They had a gathering from park rangers to talk about the national park. And down at the visitors center you could stargaze at night. Great sites and the views were amazing of the mountain

We stayed at C155 at the end of August. The campsite is spacious and has great views. The serviceberries were abundant. The birds in the morning plentiful. We walked to the St. Mary River bridge at dusk and saw a beaver in the river, heard some elk bugling in the distance. It's as far away from the karaoke bar as you can be but I still recommend earplugs on Mondays and Wednesdays when the local staff goes wild at the bar and you are a light sleeper.

Lovely, quiet campsite, even as a tent camper in Loop C, with lots of RVs. Loved the accessible, free hot showers and electricity in the restrooms! Also loved being close to the ranger evening presentation area. Was surprised to have T-Mobile cell reception from our site.

Convenient large campground at the east entrance. Mix of open and screened with foliage sites. I could do without the electric poles and wires marring the scenery, but it would probably be too costly and disruptive to the campground to put the lines underground. Bathrooms clean and had electric outlets. Two stations to dump grey water and fill potable water tanks. No electric hookups for RVs

Great little camp sites. Bring your levelers for slight adjustments if needed. The bathrooms facilities were hotel level clean and also a wash basin room. Loved it there will return !!
