We stayed in a beautiful campsite right near the lake. Friendly staff and stunning views from our site. We enjoyed a sunrise hike to Upper Two Medicine Lake and sunset paddle on Two Medicine Lake.

LOVED the campsite here! I wish I had it longer than just one night. The space was well designed, easy to access and felt like it had more privacy than other campgrounds based on where they retained trees. Would definitely stay here again

We had a view of the lake. The only downside was that they don’t have showers.

During the 4 nights/5 days we were camped at two medicine the bathrooms were not cleaned and the garbage dumpster next to our site was not emptied (even though the garbage truck came by one day). There appears to be little (if any ) enforcement of the no generator rule as on 2 nights neighboring campers ran their generators for over an hour. We were disappointed to see several prime campsites vacant each night (apparently cancellations) that were not reopened for use. There needs to be a better system to deal with cancellations.

I’ve camped at two med many times. This year I noticed there were very few rangers on duty at the campground and the host was overwhelmed. Restrooms were dirty. People came in after 3 and camped in day use sites or had more than two tents in a site. On a positive note, rangers at the lake and in the station were very nice. It’s a beautiful and special place!

Great quiet place to camp. Hiking trails walking distance from campsite. Campstore open from 7-9 and has coffee!

We had a beautiful experience at Two Medicine, including some great hiking. However, we were very disappointed that the lake is currently closed to personal watercraft.
