Online map during booking is inaccurate, need to search for the actual map of the campground for an accurate layout. Sites are small and very close together. Our site had a picnic table at a 30 degree angle which was useless and from what I could tell this was common for many of the sites. Tent area has very little parking forcing campers to park where they should not blocking the road and making it impossible to get an RV through. When trying to leave we needed to search the tent area to find those blocking the road so we could leave. Luckily we found them or we would have been stuck there.

We arrived at the campground and apparently the campground office is closed for check-in. A notice on the door says that happens across the street at the gift shop, so we got back in and drove across the street. The notice on the gift shop door said there is no check-ins done when the store closes and there is an arrival packet on the "After Hours Bulletin adjacent to closed Campground Office, under the Reservation's Last Name." Thus we drove across the street in search of this packet. Outside the closed office door is one unlabeled notice board with general information and one Information Bulletin that had no attached packets. None of this was information was provided after the reservation was made or prior to arriving at the campground. There were other people trying to check in as well with their phones out trying to find where this packet was supposed to be. It was more important for them so say check in is after 1 pm and check out is at 11 am. This packet, which did not exist, was supposed to contain the lot slips for the campsite as well as a map and some rules. We got to our campsite after I checked the Rec.gov App and pulled up the campsite map as if I would make a new reservation.
When we got to our space and parked we crossed the street again to go to the restaurant. After we were sat down they said the food would be pretty late. No explanation, just that it would be late. When it would normally be the time to ask how the meal was and if we wanted the dessert menu a waitress just plopped the bill on the table, not a single word. A moment later they turned on all the lights in the restaurant. No communication about the restaurant closing, no last call, just bright lights.
On top of all this the campsite was the most expensive for the entire trip. It was twice as expensive as other campgrounds that also offered a power hook up and quadruple that of a site to park. It didn't even have a discount for Access Passes which was offered on other reservations.
