Nice campground, quiet and off the road a little ways. Bathrooms absolutely need to be cleaner but overall was a nice time. Hiked to the falls and the area was beautiful. Please clean the bathrooms!

This is one of my favorite campgrounds. It`s clean, quiet and there are a lot of hiking opportunities nearby. The camp sites are well spaced with ample room. I really like the spots in Loop 3, the best in my opinion. The vault toilets were really clean despite it being the Memorial Weekend. Camp host was there every morning to clean and re-supply. Jemez Falls Campground is my go to spot in the Jemez Mountains.

The bathrooms were filthy, and no one cleaned them while we were there. One bathroom was "out of order". We suspect it needs to be pumped because the one closest to our site was almost full. Where was the host? We saw one person make an occasional drive by for the purpose of changing reservation tags. The host did not walk through sites when vacated. Our fire pit was 3/4 full. Most of the time the host was absent. A sign posted said the host was off duty Tuesday and Wednesday. We were there Thursday through Sunday.

Well, usually it’s great but the toilet by us was closed so we had to walk 100 yards to the next one. Also, we always have to clean out the fire pits to have a fire, they are always so full of ash and in previous years they were cleaned out before we arrived. I’m sure it’s the usual anymore, no help, etc.

The Campground Loop we stayed in had one of the vault toilets closed when we arrived 6/15. By the morning of 6/17 one of the 2 vaults in the remaining toilet in our loop was also closed. The campground host said that the contractor who's supposed to pump it out didn't have anyone to do it.
That's not really up to par.
However, the campground itself was very nice, and the forest there is beautiful!
