Beautiful spot. Paved path along the river with tall green grasses and wildflowers.

Had an amazing time, the weather was beautiful and we got rain each night. We had our grandkids with us who also thoroughly enjoyed the warm days and cool nights. we were in site #4 which is our favorite, it has electric and water, the only down side was that we were told to bring our own water since they had not turned the water however when we got there the water was available even though I had called the day before our arrival.. We stayed on Jul 24th thru July 30th and will be returning in September to our favorite #4. The vegetation was green and many flowers in bloom, so so beautiful!

Clean camping area and bathrooms. The maintenance gentleman was so professional and polite he cleans up the campsite after the campers move. We had to move from one spot to another to stay two nights and he was just great.

The San Antonio campground continues to be my favorite campground thus far. I go camping all over northern NM and try not to go to the same campground twice, however, I will return to the San Antonio campground multiple times a year. It’s always clean, quiet, and beautiful. I have nothing negative to say about this campground.

While the campground is beautiful, the sites are far too close together. NM 126 runs right next to most sites, it isn't particularly busy but it is close enough to be a distraction. The best location is definitely the group site, which pulls the price of 150 a night, but you actually get riverside camping and some space from others. For the quick drive to and from home, we will likely visit again, but now we know to expect little privacy or quiet.

Very nice group site with plenty of space. Close proximity to the creek gives the children something fun to do while at the camp. Hiking up to the San Antonio Hot Springs is an excellent, nearby activity, but especially so when the road is open, otherwise it's over a 10 mile roundtrip hike. Fenton Lake State Park is a great lake to fish at and to use your paddle craft and is only 15 minutes away. We love being up in the trees and mountains and only 90 minutes from Albuquerque.

No water available at the campsite. No trash dumpsters available at the campsite. Many electric sites not occupied during our four night stay. Campground host was friendly.
