I was a little nervous reserving here because of the reviews - and almost cancelled. Thankfully I didn’t cancel. It was the best time! Our campsite was perfect. The bathrooms were SO CLEAN and everyone staying was respectful keeping them clean. Our site was just a 3 min walk to the river. It was quiet, peaceful and the camp host was awesome. I will be coming back here in the future.

Nice, clean campground. Stayed at site 3. Glad we got one of the sites with a small log shelter. The interior fireplace was nice to have. Had some skunk visitors nearby but they kept to themselves. Only the outhouses were currently available.

There was a large group near me who had their gas-powered generator on from sunset until 10pm and all morning while they cooked breakfast. I reserved 3 nights but left on the second day. The generator kind of ruined the experience.

Tiny little campground boundaried by private land. The campground itself is beautiful, but the loop is much smaller than a high school track and you can't leave in any direction. Also, although someone appeared to be socked into the campground host spot, we never saw them. Bathrooms are 1-seater outhouses and there is a sign saying they are not maintained - thankfully they were OK. The water pumps are very challenging and maybe signs about how to get them to work would be helpful. This would be a good place for little kids to zoom around the loop on bikes, but not good for much else.

Nice little campground with grown trees, river access, and shelters at some sites. The website didn't show a site map which made reservations hard, so I contacted the ranger district to get one.
We were told on arriving that we were in violation of a "two RV" policy at our site, even though we were under the two vehicle limit and had only 5 people (well under the limit) due to having a pickup with a pop-up camper shell and another pickup towing a 14ft travel trailer, both of which easily fit in our site pull-through. This rule was not posted anyplace, either on-line or at the entrance to the campground. If this is a real rule it should be posted, and if not the camp host should be informed of that. I find it unacceptable to be told of something like this only after you've traveled up to your site for your trip.
