Crazy how you cannot predict the weather, especially if it is a 50% chance of rain. It could rain, then again it might not.... most people think like this so why is it a problem that I cancel a "Pavillion" on the day of and I dont get a refund???? That is straight up ridiculous. Paid for something I didn't even use nor did I want to have kids out in the cold rainy weather where they could possibly get sick. Whatever though, apparently the park service needs it more than I do.

The set up was perfect with the restrooms being very close and plenty of room and tables. Just wish it had been cool enough to build a fire in the rock fireplace.

I feel it would be better or even five star if when you reserve the pavilion you also get the parking spaces in front of it. When you’re having a family reunion you hate for some Of the elderly to have to walk from the picnic area up to the pavilion. The purpose of a family reunion is to spend time with the elderly and learn of your family history. And some are just unable to walk that far

It was a perfect day. Everyone had a great time. The pavilion was clean and ready for our group. We ensured that we left it as we found it.

{"text"=>"A nice campground located in the southeast area of the park (west of 441) and pretty close to the popular tourist town of Bryson City.\n\nThe campgrounds are well maintained, clean and has an awesome creek (Deep Creek) running through it. There is also great tubing opportunities at this campground and the trails are very nice in and around the area and make for nice meandering.\n\nThe bathrooms are clean and have an adequate number of stalls. However, like most if not all they are not heated and do not have warm/hot water.", "languageCode"=>"en"}
