What Guests Are Saying
Cedar Point Campground is praised for its clean facilities, spacious sites, and friendly hosts, making it a peaceful and enjoyable place to stay. Guests appreciate its proximity to beaches, nature trails, and various attractions, enhancing their overall experience. Some minor issues include occasional cold showers and limited water access at sites, but these do not significantly detract from the campground's appeal.

What a sweet campground! Large sites, beautiful trees, nice bathroom and kayaking and hiking very near. Quiet and mostly dark at night. I plan to return.

We had a wonderful two day stay. The camp hosts greeted us and answered all out questions. The only downside was that to fill the potable water it was necessary to wait behind campers dumping their tanks. We were in what was previously a "buddy" site so we were pretty close to our neighbors -- We'll be sure to pick another site next time and be aware of the buddy sites when we aren't camping with a buddy. The placards along both the long and short marsh trails are unreadable - we wish that we could have read them.

The only improvement would be to also have water at the campsites along with the electric.

We have been NFS Hosts for 2 years in rural MT. Loved our campgrounds. If you haven't been to the very rural West you can't imagine our shock at the eastern NFS campgrounds. There is no comparison but this was a wonderful experience in a comment different way. Paved, level sites, completely groomed and running water and electricity. Holy smokes. If you are into"soft & sedate" camping you will love this place. I am crazy about rural CG's but don't get me wrong, we're will gladly return here also. Wonderful hosts BTW.

GPS directions are wrong, there should better signage with illumination on the main road, and the showers have non-adjustable water temperature. That being said, I will definitely be coming back. The camp hosts do an outstanding job of running the place. Never saw a piece of trash laying on the ground, or any overgrown vegetation. Shower house was always clean. You do hear a little traffic noise while outside, and mosquitos should be prepared for. Just minutes from shopping.
