The campground was great. Well kept and the staff was super nice. The firewood was all wet though. Also, not a negative at all, there is no cell service within 20 minutes ride of the place.

One of our favorites because off the lovely folks who man the store year after year. Over the last 15 or so years, we have come to feel they are family. This year we actually were able to connect with them as they enjoyed a reunion. Our grandchildren are now grown, but we and our church groups continue to come. Many thanks! The Carters

Camp staff were very nice. Campground well kept and clean. Bathrooms and showers very clean. Loop 5 has the most secluded sites. Recreation.gov said no dump station but there is a dump station for GREY water ONLY. Group sites well kept with large circular rock fire pits. I agree with other campers that have commented, the camp firewood was not dry and gave off excessive smoke. The only negative was the smell of the pit toilets while staying on group sites A, B and C. The toilets themselves were clean but if the wind blew in a certain direction the smell was pretty strong. Overall, it is a really nice campground run by really nice people.
