The large picnic area at Cliffside (next to Vanhook campground) is a great place for large groups to meet. We try to use it every year for our annuak family gathering after decoration at a small cemetery near there.

Too noisy. The road was noisy and some of the other campers. No one was enforcing the quiet times. It is a beautiful spot, but I would not return because of the noise.

My favorites place in the mountains. Cradle of the Forest does an excellent job of maintaining and managing the campground. Their hard work and dedication is commendable. Thanks to all of you.

great clean campsites that don't feel like they're on top of each other. plenty of firewood lying around, but also nice to have a larger log purchase option on site
