This is a great base location for exploring the Highlands area which is filled with waterfalls and awesome hiking trails. Mark, the friendly campground host was very helpful and kept the grounds and facilities clean.

Every
Thing was fine but there was not the usual trashcan near the shelter so we had to carry our trash a ways. It would have been helpful to have that.

- Our campsite was big, and easy to get into. It was very close to the road, so there was a lot of road noise.
- The camp host was outstanding, and very friendly. Kept the campground in good shape.
- The trails were ok, but the provided trail map was difficult to make sense of.
- Close to several excellent waterfalls.

Super clean and small campground perfect for kids. Has a smooth loop for bike riding, lots of giants snails and swimming close by. Mark went above and beyond as a camp host! Emily too when we were swimming at Cliffside :)
