Campsite is nice and quiet, only a few sites that can have hammocks set up though

I don’t really want to tell people about this place. It was so serene. No hook ups which means no ridiculously large RVs and pick up trucks and noise and TVs and madness. Small sites perfect for a large tent or in my case a small teardrop camper and a tent on the side that was just amazing. Drive through the mountains to Knoxville is also worth a million dollars.

Seems obvious that the forest service is letting this one go. Campfire pits decaying. Guess there are reasons for the gate lock issue I have been coming there for years. Had a great campground host. Really great spot. Seems a shame
