This campground was a little slice of heaven. You're in the woods, with no cell service, but the nearest town only about 5 miles away. There were trout fishermen on the little river each morning. We saw many waterfalls in the area, and the Biltmore House in Asheville was within an hour's drive.

As you drive down the windy roads into the campground, you are greeted with a beautiful campground along a river, great signage and directions in the camp. We stayed at site 19- which was perfect because it was the last campground so it had more privacy, most of the other sites had little to no privacy between campsites. The showers were clean but all the shower heads had extreme pressure and the water hurt as it came out of the shower heads- and majority of the shower drains did not drain so it became a pool of water. Overall the site is beautiful with no cell service ( which I loved) and was well emerged in nature with lots of birds, squirrels and other little critters- each campsite has its own fire ring and bear container to fit a cooler. Great campsite!

The camp hosts are very nice and do a great job of maintaining the Campground. This Campground is in a beautiful place and we loved that there was very little to no road noise. The bathroom facilities were clean and well stocked.
