Beautiful site, clean campground, fantastic host. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Will return. Wonderful trails. Only sad thing Beach was closed and could not access it due to hurricane damage. Visit 02/2023

The campground is clean, well-kept, quiet and beautiful. The checkin process for FCFS sites it’s super easy and you are able to pay via credit card if you don’t have cash. Jackie, one of the campground hosts, was very friendly and informative. Highly recommend!

Spacious, level sites. Feels private and secluded from neighboring sites. Great spot for an inexpensive weekend off-grid.

Flanners Beach Campground is peaceful and quiet and is a balm for my soul. I feel the burdens of the world dropping from my shoulders when I turn off Hwy. 70 to go there.

New Bern is a freak town to visit. Nice walking trail around the campground

This was a beautiful, well kept campground. I hope some day beach access will be restored but there were still some beautiful views from along the trail. The camp host was lovely and quick to respond when I arrived.

Nice until we met the hosts pointing sticks at us and yelling at us. Very odd and unacceptable. Claimed we were speeding when clearly we were not. You need new hosts . Very sloppy people. There seems like a lot of complaints about them confronting guests in an unprofessional manner. No toilet paper the entire time in the rest rooms.
