What Guests Are Saying
Bandits Roost campground offers beautiful lake views, clean and well-maintained facilities, and spacious sites, making it a popular choice for campers. Guests appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the peaceful and quiet atmosphere. However, some areas, including the bathhouses and fire pits, require updates and maintenance, and there are occasional issues with the entrance gate and site cleanliness between campers. Overall, it remains a beloved destination for many.

Great view from our campsite 36. Plenty of room for our large TT. We enjoyed kayaking and fishing in the Kerr lake. Small lake with few boats through the week.

The sites are very small here compared to what we are use to at CoE campgrounds. This site in particular and many like it are almost in the neighbors site. Here you actually back into the neighbors picnic area and may even believe that is your area too. This site is on the water, but it is difficult to access especially if you are not in good physical shape. It's down hill and you have to jump down an embankment. The playground is not centered in the campground, neither is the bathhouse. For both you must climb a large hill. Cell reception can be achieved up by the gate, but not at the site - Verizon customer.
