What Guests Are Saying
Bandits Roost campground offers beautiful lake views, clean and well-maintained facilities, and spacious sites, making it a popular choice for campers. Guests appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the peaceful and quiet atmosphere. However, some areas, including the bathhouses and fire pits, require updates and maintenance, and there are occasional issues with the entrance gate and site cleanliness between campers. Overall, it remains a beloved destination for many.

Our new hosts, both couples, are great. They care about everyone who enters and about the campground. We are looking forward to our next visit. One suggestion, if I may add. Everyone in the park would feel much safer at night if the entry gate were fixed.
Thank you for giving campers a chance to share our experience at Bandits Roost.

We love Bandit's Roost Campground! 15 A was more level than 16 A, which was our original reservation that we changed. You could still see the water a bit. It's a great loop to stay in! (17A is perfectly situated with a view of the water. Grab it if you can.) We changed to 73 B when we extended our stay and although it doesn't have the same water views, there's a greater sense of community there, which we preferred. We would choose B over A when staying again. It was easy to walk our dogs in either spot. The camp hosts were friendly, too!

Site was very easy to get into. But the picnic / usage area for this site was full of dead leaves. But I had a leave blower with me and cleared it off. Bath House was clean. We would camp here again
