LOVE Fort Hamby! Great Staff, beautiful campground. It is clean and neat, beautiful lake, playground, shelter and swim areas. Canoeing, boating, fishing. Ice and wood available. Minutes away from stores. Lots of Orchards in the area.

Enjoyed my 3 night stay at Ft. Hamby. Easy access to park. Restaurants and stores with 10 miles.
Some shady sites, some sunny sites. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Would stay again.

Fort Hamby is the perfect mix of camping, canoeing, fishing, walking/hiking, Orchard hopping, great local retail and food options and relaxing peace and quiet. The bathhouse is clean with hot showers. From a women's perspective I would suggest installing hand held showers. This would be of help in bathing children or for those with limited movement disabilities. Fort Hamby is one of my favorite campgrounds!

It was a very laid back atmosphere. I enjoyed the spot we had shady, cool kinda private campers not to close to you. I would highly recommend this State park campground. Very nice people there the campers and the people who were running it.

Park is clean. Staff friendly. Site 14 was spacious and lots of room between sites.
Trail to Bushwacker Falls was overgrown but passable.
Like We do in all the ACOE parks we have visited, we really enjoyed our stay.
