Too many barking dogs. Not their fault but lost power last night so we pulled out. Campground is clean and well kept.

Still love East Ashtabula Crossing. It is our favorite spot to camp and it has been for over 25 years. It's getting harder to reserve a spot every year so we wish there was an alternative.

The showers knobs need to be replaced, bathrooms should be cleaned twice a day. Trim some trees at least get the dead stuff from hanging over the campers.

I've been camping on lake Ashtabula since I was a kid and the east side of the crossing is always amazing. Beach, playground, boat launch and boat tie off are all right there.

Campground is really maintained well. Showers were clean and had decent water pressure. Sites were a good size too. I have recomend camping there to friends & family.

Location is great but several camping sites require work and not suitable for large campers. Our site was on an incline of 4-5% and no one carries enough blocking to level, plus it is a risk to over-block up a camper.

We had the 2 campsites right by the water.. The location would have been ideal but all the people who parked their boats cut thru our campsites to get to their own or the parking lot. Even after dark it was kind of unnerving to have strangers walking thru the campsite. There needs to be signs or established paths to eliminate this issue. If I had known we were camping in a spot that was The trail to the water I would not have picked this spot..
