We loved our mid-week, overnight stay at Eggerts Landing. The lakeside campsite (#26) was surrounded by woods and offered tons of privacy and quiet. The restroom and shower facility was modern, fully functional, and well maintained. A short, 100 ft walk on a trail through the trees brought us to a wonderful spot on the shoreline to watch the sunset. Although a late summer algae bloom in the lake negated any water activities, all other aspects of our stay were first-rate.

We were in site 41 which had a view of the marina and creek and fishing bridge. Other sites are more secluded in the woods with privacy hedges. There are areas to walk.

Camping spot good but very close to eacother. Besides tenth camping spot needed more dry sand. It was muddy and wet.

This was one of our favorite campgrounds on an 8 day trip to South and North Dakota!
The sites are large, shaded and private. The lake is beautiful and has a swimming area.
