The Web site messed our reservations and wouldn't issue a refund. We camped in tents and it stormed and rained everynight. The only safe swimming spot was at shady shores which was a long ways from our camp. The shower water was always very hot which was horrible in the summer heat. We do not plan on returning.

Canton is a great place to camp! we stayed in Big Bend area. It's clean and rv sites were easily accessed. The only down side was that there was no access to get in the water unless you want to the boat ramp. Big rocks line the shoreline, which I understand.

I absolutely love staying at Big Bend! It is clean, with plenty of space between lots. I wish they would add picnic table covers to the spots that don’t have them, but I have a great experience every time I camp there.
