Blue creek offers some of the most beautiful parts of the lake and doesn't get the crowd you find in other sections of the lake. Restrooms are cleaner and well kept, showers are clean, hot water, well lit. Love the area. Thank you camp host for your attention to detail.

Very quiet because no one really socialized as they used to. We've been going to Blue Creek for well over 25 years with family and it used to be that everyone was friendly. I guess that's a sign of the times. The playground and activity set ups have been upgraded and were very inviting.

I had site #25 with lake view. Don't be fooled by picture on website. Only shade was in morning. I was in direct sun rest of day. Might not be bad in Spring or Fall but Summer was torture. Otherwise clean park.
Concrete barriers surrounding drive could use some repair. Most of the sites I saw were not very level. Clean restrooms. Quiet park.

We had a shaded site that backed up for a lake view. Campground and restrooms/shower house clean. Great lake for kayaking. Like the separate shower rooms, but the weather was a little warm and the temperature inside the shower room was almost stifling. I'm sure in cooler weather it would be fine.

We had an excellent lakefront site with near-level parking. Restrooms were clean.

I was unable to reach the campground so we could let them know we would not be there until the morning of our scheduled departure date. However, while fishing, Matt, the Site Host, dropped by to check on us, and he made us feel very welcome. He told us where to find him, and we look forward to seeing him again in the future. This was where we started our honeymoon on the night we married, August 9, 1986, and it's always been a favorite. We raised the kids fishing at this specific site, and now the grandkids. There aren't a lot of fish in that particular creek, but we enjoy the solitude. We can't stay overnight these days, but we don't mind paying for the site, so we can come on that evening or the next day (or both) and have THAT spot rather than hanging out in the day use area.

Only complaint is you need at least a water hydrant for every other site so all sites has access to water Its very inconvenient. We come often but will be going to Flat Rock on Ft Gibson more often as they now have water at EVERY campsite
