What Guests Are Saying
Potato Hills Central is a well-maintained campground with spacious sites, beautiful views, and a peaceful atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for camping and outdoor activities. Guests appreciate the cleanliness of the facilities and the friendliness of the camp host, Jordan, enhancing their overall experience. While some restrooms could use improvement and the lake poses navigation challenges, the campground's natural beauty and tranquility make it a favorite destination for many.

So peaceful, well kept area. We loved the little nature walk with the information boards.
The bathrooms could be updated a little (needed soap, loud hand dryer). The ladies shower door is hard to open and also needs to be marked "ladies shower " or something. Other than that the camping area is a lovely place

This was a beautiful little gem of a park. Many of the spots have great water views. Our spot was gravel and a little uneven but not bad. It was easy to find, easy to back in, close to bathrooms, and on the water. I hope this campground adds a map though. It would have been helpful in choosing our site. With all that said it was a great experience and beautiful!

Great location within walking distance to the bathrooms and showers. Lots of room to park and set up camp. Fishing pier was a pleasant surprise and super close. I could watch the family fishing from the camper. If I had to complain about something it would be the gravel parking area needs leveled but other than that it's a nice place to get some peace and quiet.

We were in an idea spot! Had a terrific view of the lake, if it had not been down so low. The drought is taking a harsh tow on nature. We love our stays at Potato Hills Central! Overall, the cool mornings, sitting out enjoying our coffee and God's beauty, was awesome!
There did, however, seem to be a problem with the power, it would go down, then back up to normal, then down again. This went on our entire stay. We left and came home early in fear of damaging our AC.
