This was our first time to stay at this campground and we’re sure glad we did. The route we took to get there was beautiful surrounded by the mountains and just the peaceful atmosphere of that campground was something special as well. It seemed as though most of the park was except for 1 or 2 areas for tent and camper camping but we were right on the waters edge and enjoyed the sounds of nature (ducks, geese) the first night was pretty cold then the second night was super windy and got colder as the night went on. Super fun experience and much needed

Stay was good, fishing was okay, able to keep the boat in the water, near camper. Love this spot!

Bathroom in loop A needs some work. The campsite was nice, they are spaced out nicely. Nice trail. Enjoyed our stay.

NO WATER! At site 87! If you are lucky and no one is at site 88 and if you have a long water hose you can use that water.
We were NOT that lucky.
I couldn't find a way change our spot on this APP without a fee.

We had a great time! This is our 3rd year. The lake is beautiful and the most AMAZING SUNSETS almost every evening!! Sad to leave

Very remote location and few things of interest in the area. We visited Queen Wilhelmina SP and Choctaw Capitol Museum a few miles away. I think fishing must be good here and it is a great place to get away to quiet. Beautiful lake views from almost all sites. Section B has no showers which made our longer stay difficult because there are no sewer sites. We were in site B37 and it wasn’t very level and the site had a lot of goat heads. Bathrooms were clean throughout our stay. AT&T works fine but Verizon not at all, even in nearby tiny towns.
