Black Canyon Campground offers a beautiful setting beside a glacier-fed river, providing a cool swimming area during hot summer days. The campground is well-maintained, with clean facilities and friendly hosts, ensuring a pleasant experience. However, visitors should be aware of the nearby train and highway noise, which can be disruptive at times, especially at night.

well-maintained. spotless toilets. very helpful hosts. beautiful river with ez access, though the current is very strong. Site was shady, well-spaced and private. However, the train tracks are just across the river. I counted 6 trains during the night, and they were long, really really loud, plus the whistle. So that's on one side and Hiway 58 is on the other. But If you don't mind those noises, it's a very nice campground.

Very beautiful and well-kept campsites! The campsite we were at was very private and still within reasonable walking distance to the bathroom. (Also the cleanest campground bathrooms I have ever seen!) We will definitely be returning.

Big sites with lots of vegetation. Some sites on the river.

Such a pretty, quiet campsite! And probably the cleanest, best-smelling pit toilets we have experienced. The river was easily accessible. A lovely stay.

The location was very beautiful just offset from the road and the outhouse was at a very convenient location. We enjoyed the privacy and simplicity of the site.
