What Guests Are Saying
Black Canyon Campground offers a beautiful setting beside a glacier-fed river, providing a cool swimming area during hot summer days. The campground is well-maintained, with clean facilities and friendly hosts, ensuring a pleasant experience. However, visitors should be aware of the nearby train and highway noise, which can be disruptive at times, especially at night.

This was one of the most beautiful campgrounds I’ve ever stayed at. My site (70) was incredibly private.

This is a wonderful campground. The river was nearby and many people were enjoying getting in it. The vault toilet was clean and the water spigot was nearby. There was good spacing between sites providing privacy. People were quiet while I was there. My only complaint was the difficulty I had finding my site - #72. There were no signs directing me and I spent a lot of time winding through everyone trying to find my site. Finally, I asked some people and they were able to direct me.

One of our favorite places to go. Great escape not too far from home. Beautiful place, heavily wooded and very clean. Always enjoy our stay there.

Host was awful. They have super aggressive dogs, one that but my husband and several other campers that we saw. Then they put a snarky note in the camper basically telling everyone that if they get to close to the camper the dog will react and bite if threatened. After the dog bit my husband, she never even said sorry she shamed him for telling her to get a better hold on it and then she said something like, “well it didn’t hurt you “
