Great campground, with a few caveats...
1. It backs up to the train that crosses the cascades. The train goes by around five times every night.
2. Everyone just parks their boat on the beach and cuts through campsites to get there.

The campground is nice but not well maintained. We had a reservation but couldn't get into the site due to low hanging tree branches on both sides of the site entrance. We told the host about the problem and said we would take one of the first come sites. She said that was okay but we would have to pay for the different site. The whole thing turned into a big hassle

Perfect spot for peace and good time with the family. Camp host was honestly the friendliest person I’ve ever met. Helpful and great with the kids. We would love to return to this campground. Easy access to water and toilets but it never felt crowded. Bring bug spray!

The toilets were full and the trash was not emptied the whole week, but apparently, the people who take care of the camp changed. Half way through the week a host came and she was friendly and helpful. Maybe the trash and toilet things were an exception to the rule.

The camp host was incredibly helpful and nice to us. She went out of her way to help us see the types of campsites that we could get for our camping at Trapper next year
