What Guests Are Saying
Rock Creek Campground offers a well-maintained, serene camping experience nestled in a lush forest near the Oregon Coast, with many sites providing beautiful creekside views and a peaceful atmosphere. The campground host, Lee, receives high praise for his friendliness and helpfulness, enhancing visitors' overall experiences. However, some sites, particularly #2, are less desirable due to proximity to the restroom and road, and access to the beach requires navigating under the freeway, which may be a concern for some campers.

Beautiful campground. The sites are up against the stream. Clean bathrooms, firewood for sale and water available. Close to great hikes. Quiet. Cape Perpetua, Thor's Well. Stone house hike. Awesome place

Small site, no service at all and it was pretty cold in the morning. Site was clean and close to bathroom.

Small, shaded, excellent campground. Camp host was selling firewood for $8. Sites were well shaded and in a fern gully just off 101. Quick access to great hikes, the beach, and everything Florence, Yachats, and the surrounding area has to offer.

This was our first time camping at this location. We were in site #2 across from the only restroom which was very convenient. The campground manager did a great job of keeping the facility clean and relatively odor-free (with a pit toilet you can only do so much). The campground has no direct access to the beach, but there are a lot of beach access areas nearby. Plenty of hiking and other things to do in the area. We would stay here again.

Wonderful campsite. Great for comfortable sleeping with the sound of Rock creek nearby. Checkout says 11 am on site, but at campground it showed 1pm! Bonus 😜
