What Guests Are Saying
Sutton Campground offers a peaceful and well-maintained environment, with clean restrooms and attentive hosts. Many visitors appreciate the spacious, private campsites and the accessibility of nearby hiking trails. However, some guests find the pricing a bit high compared to nearby campgrounds with more amenities, and there are concerns about tree maintenance affecting RV access. Overall, the campground is favored for its tranquility and cleanliness, making it a great base for exploring the surrounding area.

We stayed in A7. There were too many tree roots in the campsite making it hard to pitch a tent. I cut a few tree roots to keep from tripping. Other than that it was fine.

I only went for one night, but it was all I needed to have a relaxing break. The campground was sizeable, quiet, fairly private, and not far at all from the coast and a stunning lookout.

We love sutton lake camp ground. we live less than 7 miles from it and still like to go there to camp. it is great to live where others want to go on vacation.

Lovely campground with close by hiking trails, clean bathrooms with flush toilets, and electrical hookups for trailers/RVs.

We enjoyed a quiet 5-night stay in a 30amp site. We have a 28 ft TT. Filled our fresh water tank with jugs from a common faucet. Campground has grey water dump. On our way south, we dumped both black and grey tanks at Honeyman State Park. Besides relaxing by the fire, I would recommend a hike to the dunes, and visits to both Yachats and Florence.
