What Guests Are Saying
Bull Prairie Campground is a clean and well-maintained facility with friendly and accommodating hosts who provide free firewood and keep the bathrooms in excellent condition. Visitors enjoyed the beautiful lake, scenic trails, and family-friendly atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and outdoor activities. While some faced issues with water availability and the lake being closed, overall experiences were positive, and many plan to return.

We stayed at Bull Prairie Lake for 7 nights and were incredibly grateful for the hosts, Jody and Heather, who were kind, helpful, and accommodating. The whole place (especially the bathrooms!) was immaculately clean, reflecting their hard work in maintaining the place. They really raise the bar! Thank you both, it was a pleasure to meet you!!

We enjoyed our stay. We have stayed in primitive sites before. I was disappointed that there was no effort to make a little beach so we could cool down and enjoy the lake. Also, hiking trails were not marked well (at all?) so we stayed pretty much in the campsite other than the pleasant walk around the lake.

We've camped at space 10,11,17 and 19. All very nice camp spaces. The camp host Jody and Heather were great people. The best We've ever had. Very clean campground. The bathrooms were very clean and smells fresh. Although the firewood is not free. Jody and Heather made sure you had some. If it was available. People leave there wood so it gets used by other campers. Looking forward for next year's trip there.

The camp hosts were like no one we have ever met! Seriously awesome! They worked hard to keep things inorder, vaulted toilets had air fresheners and were always clean and fresh smelling. The firewood was provided. It was such a hidden gem!!
