Why is this site listed as accessible? The trail to the site is a rooted, hilly trail. The parking lot is gravel. The lake is also gravel and not accessible by wheelchair.
This is a nice campground, but we reserved it based on the accessibility notation on this site. We would have prepared differently if we knew it was not at all accessible. One person in our party uses a wheelchair and was not able to navigate the site or any part of the camp without significant assistance.

Older campground, your experience will widely vary based on which site you end up at. Our site (7) was basically just dust, and sites 7-9 were stacked on top of each other. Not a lot of privacy to be had.

Wonderful campsite #19 (but noticed that #18 is the one with the view). Clean facilities and good friendly camp host - Mike. Water was wonderful and I caught a trout:) Since you need to carry your gear to the camp site, a foldable wagon or wheelbarrow might come in handy for some of the further back sites if you bring a lot of gear.

Bring paddle board or kayaks. Good trout fishing but no bait allowed on lake. Bring fly rods, spin rods and spinners. You have have to release native trout, but can keep small limit of hatchery trout.
