What Guests Are Saying
Kinnikinnick Campground offers a beautiful setting by Laurance Lake, with well-maintained sites and friendly camp host Cindy, who is consistently praised for her helpfulness. Many visitors appreciate the clean facilities, great swimming and boating opportunities, and scenic views of Mt. Hood. Some concerns include limited privacy and a rough access road, but overall, the campground provides a pleasant experience for families and nature lovers.

Cindy, the camp host was awesome. Very informative.
The campsite was very clean and well maintained as was the rest of the campground.
We were somewhat disappointed that a fire band was put into place on our second night but we realize it’s no fault of the campground or camp host and respected the rules.

Loved the lake and the host was super nice to us. The one down side is we never saw a water spigot to wash hands. So would just bring some extra water next time.

We did not enjoy this campsite. It was very hot with little shade, and very dusty. You have to park far away from the actual site. The lake itself is small, and the surrounding shoreline is mostly stumps from logged trees. There are great views of mount hood if you choose to hike, but not from the lake itself. We did not stay the night

Clean campground; very well maintained by the host who was conversational and kind. Large campgrounds with lots of solitude. Nearby hiking was beautiful. Great experience.
