Such a beautiful location! This is a large campground with bike trails, great for walking or biking. The bathrooms and showers are excellent. The only small issue was that not all of the water spigots were on so we had to walk a ways to obtain fresh water. We will come back again though as the location and the sites were fantastic!

No attendants at the GateHouse.
No Water near our campsite.
No working bathroom near our campsite. The third day of our visit there were porta potties brought in. But still no water to wash our hands.
Fish cleaning stations weren't available.
It was a disappointing camping trip this year. However, we were with family so there were good memories made.

This place is absolutely lovely! Great campsite locations, awesome views, and just a general sense of peace. Seeing that calm blue water will relax you in ways you didn't think were possible. Another nice bonus is the proximity to Crater Lake. You can stay a a few nights here and fully enjoy both parks (and you can cheat and get into Crater Lake well before the normal long lines if you leave by 9:30AM). Fire pits and picnic tables are provided. Bathrooms are pretty nice and have actual toilets/urinals.
The only real "negative" is that the mosquitos here don't play around. Bring your best bug spray, lol.

The view was amazing. Diamond lake is gorgeous. We got a lakefront tent spot (g37). It had tons of space which was nice. The only issue was that there wasn't very much flat ground so we had to sleep on a bit of a slope. It was a perfect spot to swim too. Would go back.

Campground was clean and camp host, John, was very helpful in answering our questions. Diamond Lake is close enough to do a day trip to Crater Lake and back. We ended up saying two extra nights.

A bit of a drop to get into the lake, but not very deep!

Beautiful, quiet campground. We had spots right on the lake and spent three days swimming and kayaking. This campground surpassed my expectations, however some of the other sites were open and devoid of shrubs/trees so they wouldn’t feel as private.

Hillier than I thought. Lack of trash pick up. Front gate not manned for 2 days so lack of information

This is a beautiful park and the host we spoke with was wonderful. I’m giving it a low number of stars because the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. They were not cleaned the entire 7 days we were there and there was no TP. Definitely make sure you take your own. The sites were big and clean and it’s pretty peaceful. Just the bathrooms are NASTY!
