What Guests Are Saying
Aspen Point at Lake of the Woods offers a beautiful and well-maintained campground with spacious, private sites, excellent lake access, and friendly hosts. Many visitors appreciate the peaceful atmosphere and the opportunity for outdoor activities, such as biking and kayaking. However, there are consistent complaints about the outdated and poorly maintained restroom facilities, as well as noise issues during peak times, which detracts from the overall experience.

We really like the Aspen Point Campground at Lake of the Woods. However, we thought the group camp between us and the lake was going to be empty - but it eventually filled up making our access to the lake more difficult. Other than that - great place

Lake of the woods is one of our favorites! Always a pleasure. The remodeled restaurant and upstairs bar are delightful! Love all the chipmunks too :)

Started out great right from the start. Was parked on the road checking out my site when the Camp Host, Maggie and Drew, drove up and welcomed me. They may not have said it in these words but I felt they were saying "Welcome, what can we do for you?" What a great way to start. Due to cancelations, I was able to move to a site right next to where a friend of mine was camping. The campsites were great and my overall stay was great.
Thanks for all you do,
Scott Teeples

Entire staff was extremely helpful and hospitable. It was very much appreciated, particularly since Oregon was experiencing unprecedented wildfires at the time.

Loved how large the campsites were and also so nestled in the trees.
