Showers would be nice. Group spaces could be limited to 60 people. well under the governors 100 mandate.

We loved this campsite. The only thing that would have been better was if the showers were open.

Considering no showers and limited bathroom it was great.
Always clean, rangers friendly.
I really miss the activities they used to have. Movies, star gazing, skits and sing-a-longs .
Dan and Krystal Best made everyone feel involved. I miss them

This is a beautifully maintained campground, with almost too much of a host experience. Not that any of them weren't friendly or polite, it's just that there seems to be so many of them! Perhaps it's due to much of the campground being closed due to covid (the group sites look amazing, and seem to be at least 1/2 of the campground). They might just be over-staffed due to the sections that are closed but maybe they're keeping them working which is a very nice thing. There is a large discrepancy between each site, so it may be valuable to do some scouting. We unfortunately had probably the worst site in the campground reserved sight unseen online. It had no shade and too close to the septic field from main bathroom. It wasn't over-powering but a stiff breeze did bring some funk. Fortunately for us, we had companions at other sites which were amazing and allowed us to congregate elsewhere. Short walk to the river with plenty of fishing/floating activities.

Campground was great and the staff were excellent and Super helpful.
I am surprised at the lack of replanting of Fir tress after they have logged so much off.

This was my first time booking a group site. I'd made the reservation for my birthday, and was so very surprised to find that the site included a massive eating shelter, wood stove, and fire pit. We had plenty of parking and oodles of room for tents, pet pens, and campers. My friends loved the location. Can't wait to do this again!
