We love this campground been going here for years!!!! We hate to leave when our time is up! Restrooms are always very clean. Tony and Karen the camp hosts are wonderful! Super friendly and always helpful when needed! Canβt wait to go back in July for two weeks! ππ

Lake was very swampy. There were a lot of dead fish floating in the water because the water temp was just too warm. Very small lake and there was only one water station for the entire campground.

Our family of 18 tent camped at the large group site. Unfortunately upon arrival the lake was full of blue green algae with signs posted about it being toxic & warning not to swim. Additionally, the multiple fires around the area made the air/sky cloudy and hazy the whole time. The second day of our stay the camps drinking water stopped working. The camp hosts never talked with us about it nor did they ever fix it during our stay. Because of this we ended up leaving a day early as we had run out of any water. We had heard that this lake was a great place to stay but our experience wasn't very enjoyable.

What a great campground! The lake and wildlife were so charming and peaceful. Super clean restrooms, quiet campers, nice level site and wonderful hosts. We had a great time.
