What Guests Are Saying
Driftwood campground offers great access to the dunes and features friendly and helpful camp hosts, enhancing the overall experience for visitors. While the campground is popular and well-loved by many for its atmosphere and recreational opportunities, some reviews highlight concerns about maintenance, particularly regarding bathroom facilities and limited shower hours. We have never had any problems here till this last trip we showed up camp host greets us drunk stumbling and slurring his words. My son went to use the rest room and the camp hosts dog was not on a leash and was barking and running towards him.

Great access to the Sand dunes with your ATV, no real camping spots, more like stall parking with picnic tables and fireplaces, if you’re into toying the dunes this is a place for you, we were there when it was pretty much empty, if it fills up You would be parking your rig right next to the others. Hot showers clean restrooms camp host was awesome!!!

Our stay was Sunday through Wednesday night as we planned to be there with fewer people. Facility is focused on sand sports and is laid out well for that. I could imagine it is very crowded on the weekends which would make parking rigs fairly chaotic. excellent access to the dunes from camp. bathrooms clean and well kept.

The Locking out of showers early was not a great experience, But from everything else it was a great time. With No fires was a little bummer. Everything else was good.
