The campground was great except the site I reserved for my tent didn't work for a tent at all.

High water and spring have left downfall and other maintenance things that need attention especially on the trail and boardwalk next to the lagoon.
Bathrooms, while not filthy needed their walls and floors scrubbed extensively
Cell phone coverage is tough, but with a booster , fully satisfactory.
The bird docent was knowledgeable, passionate, and helpful pointing out birding and things to be careful of.

Early April was a marvelous time to enjoy a nearly empty campground. The camp host was very knowledgeable and helpful on things to do and places to explore. The open bathroom was centrally located, clean, and well stocked. I am looking forward to returning and enjoying more of the area.
