Beautiful campground. I was disappointed and shocked that the federal campgrounds do not honor Military National Park Passes. These people have served their country and can’t get a break for their camp sites?

We arrived at 7pm and our reserved spot was occupied by other people and we had to wait until they vacated the spot. The campground itself is good with pretty leveled driveways.
The restrooms with running water, though were the dirtiest we had seen on our trip.

Loved the campground. Very nice host; takes great care of his campground. Our spot was right across from the restroom. If you want more privacy I’d try the spots around 031, otherwise you’ll see people going in and out of the restroom. Very nice trail around Lagoon wetlands and life. Trail goes behind most of peoples spots - fyi. Some people have dogs, kids, and some people stuck to themselves. Met some nice people. The Lagoon campground is full of life - and lots of birds singing in the mornings. Actually quite nice. Nice on rainy days too! Lots of Siltcoos beach access; have to pay a permit. Lovely towns south of campground. Amazing scenic views of mountain range. Just driving around is awesome south of Florence. Recommend this campground! Loved our stay!!
