The campground is beautiful, and the river is absolutely fabulous. It would have been easy to stay a week and think we were in paradise…however…we contracted the world’s nastiest noro virus while there, as did many if not all the other campers. At least the campground and gov’t personnel followed up so we were informed about what we had.

We have camped at this campground a handful of times and it is a great stay every time! We hesitate to give a good review as it can be hard to reserve a good spot and more people might go now. LOL The sites are always clean. The bathrooms and showers are always sparkling clean as well and a very nice luxury as most campgrounds on the North Umpqua do not have this. The host was very pleasant and helpful. The river spot is perfect for fishing, swimming, and floating in the hot summer months. We will be back soon. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place!

A well maintained campground right on the river. There is a quaint little beach behind the amphitheater that allowed for a chance to cool off without getting into the main current.
