Susan Creek Campground is highly praised for its beautiful, well-maintained sites, clean facilities, and friendly camp hosts. Such a beautiful campsite! Very big and spacious. The driveway was perfect for both input cars. At night we were able to hear the river. We took the trail to the bridge and back. It was moderately easy, we had two little ones 6/9 a grandma 62 and a dog. The site we were on had a small path to the river trail and that was nice. The bathroom was so clean. We will definitely be back.

Sad to see the burn scars surrounding the CG but it is wonderful that SCCG survived the fire.

I reserved space 11 @ Susan Creek for the weekend. The website states that the site will fit up to a 27' camp vehicle. I have a 24' trailer and there is NO way I could fit my rig in there. The website needs to be updated to reflect the fact that the site will probably only fit something UNDER 14'.

Very nice campground, very clean and friendly camp hosts. You can hear (but not see really) the Umpqua River from the riverside campsites. A bit too manicured for me, but great place to get away to for the weekend.

The campground was not over crowded and the weather was beautiful. The camp hosts were very helpful and restrooms were extremely clean. The showers were still closed because of covid restrictions. We had a relaxing time and we look forward to going there again.

Though there is no hookup here it is a very comfortable place. The hosts do an amazing job of keeping it clean and are very nice and helpful. The area around the campground was hit by the fire but beyond that there are numerous waterfalls and trails. Beautiful area if you're into photography.
