Great campground! Small and quiet, right on the banks of the N. Umpqua river. Bathrooms and showers were cleaner than most state and county campgrounds we’ve been to. The camp host was very nice and helpful when needed. Lots of outdoor activities are close by. Crater Lake is only 1:45 away too.

Beautiful, quiet, very clean campground right next to the Umpqua River. I am not a tent camper and we only booked a single night since we were in the area for a day long rafting trip but I wish we had a least a few days there. The river is a couple minutes walk and it is mainly rocky, so definitely recommend water shoes. If you didn't pack your own coffee, Steamboat Inn is a beautiful Inn/cafe is about 5 mins away - they have amazing coffee and an attentive staff. Would highly recommend and would certainly go back!

We so enjoyed Susan Creek! Great small campground with clean bathrooms and showers. Close enough for a day trip to Wildlife Safari! The river access was a little busy (limited hangout spots close by) and poison oak stopped us from a few trails, but no mosquitos and a great time had by all just in our site!
