LePage Park is a pleasant spot for relaxation, offering beautiful river views, picnic areas, and clean facilities. Quiet park, friendly staff. Website says shaded sites but all trees are young, shorter than my rig.

It was very clean and well maintained. Not any dedicated area for our dog.

I stayed here 2 nights ago. The sound of the highway cars was not too bad. It is a nice park. There is a little construction going on there, but just stear clear. The park itself is nice and has a swimming area for children.

Easy access to Columbia and John Day Rivers. Poorly maintained walkways, docks, restrooms and swimming area. Always windy and lack of shade make outside relaxing a challenge.

Check in process was super easy and fast. Park needed mowed, the grass was super tall and had a whole lot of goat heads. The grass was also lacking getting watered as there was a lot of spots that were brown. Kids swimming hole was super low and had a lot of stuff in there so our kids did not swim at the swimming hole. Fishing was great here and lots of boat access points. The newer remodeled docks had fiberglass in there and unfortunately 5 of us ended up getting red itchy rashes from sitting on the dock.
