The qr code for first come first serve only works with a signal and there's no signal at the campground, so you have to drive 15 mins away to get signal back to be able to complete the reservation on the app, it's a huge hassle

This is one of the least secluded camping spots in this campground. It’s right next to the most used entrance to the river and has a clear cut path to the campsite next to it so very little privacy between campsite 5 & 6. But that makes it a great campsite if you’re planning a camping trip for a big family! That’s what we did, booked both 5 & 6.

Campsites were too close to each other and very small. Do not recommend.

Great campsites, clean pit toilets, beautiful spot with proximity to lots of activities.
Still working out the kinks of the payment system however. If you pay on site DO NOT click through the screen with your confirmation code on the app without writing it down or it will be lost forever.

It was very good campsite! There are picnic table, fire pit and fire grill!!! My site was #5
And good size for 2 tents. I guess #6 is the biggest can easily have 3 tent.
The nearest place to get firewood is 20min away so you should get fire wood first from town. The river by the camp site was so clean but it was too fast so I wouldn’t let my kids play at there.

Great spot, right near the Molalla river. Our campsite (#5) was very close to the river and we could hear the water rushing all night long, it was very pleasant. I liked that there was the Hardy Creek trailhead right nearby. Though the trails weren't too challenging, there were many opportunities for native plant observation in mid-May. There was no cell service to speak of (AT&T). We were able to find firewood in town. There weren't too many other campers as it was a cloudy and rainy weekend, though folks (especially with horses) were using the trails. The vault toilets remained clean and well stocked through the weekend. At the time we visited, there was a decent amount of little flying insects, so take measures to avoid bites. All told, I would absolutely visit again.
