Space 7 is listed as 40’. We have a 28’ motor home and it barely fit. Also listed as a back in. That is next to impossible and very hard to get an RV level in this spot. You can smell the toilets in this spot. Not a very good experience.

BUGS, BUGS, BUGS. Swarming mosquitos and the scent of the vault toilet next to site 3 made it not so pleasant. There are much nicer campsites but I would avoid if possible sites, 1, 2 and 3. Campground was clean.

Beautiful, quiet lake. More mosquitoes than we have found there before, but still a lovely experience

The new camp host is awesome! She displayed a genuine desire to make sure we all had a great experience. She addressed a few folks who were doing things they probably should not have been doing in a professional, non-confrontational, and friendly manner. The restrooms and other facilities were kept very clean. Link Creek is by far our favorite campground in Central Oregon.

Link Creek CG is fabulous. Only reason I gave it 4/5 stars currently is excessive mosquitoes currently, which we have never experienced here. Otherwise it is a very clean, relaxing CG. close to the lake for kayak access, beautiful view. The host this yr, Melissa, was one of the best, most helpful CG hosts we have ever experienced. I have personally experimented with different cell carriers as well over the years, and AT+T towers are the only ones to provide consistent phone/text and data service to Suttle lake. It is generally very good though, I had 1-2 bars of 4G consistent enough to be online using my computer for various work or streaming.

Link Creek was great - we hiked over to the lodge for happy hour and enjoyed the water access and beautiful (clean) campground. We camped in a yurt early in the season and were surprised to arrive Friday evening to no water access (despite the website confirming it was on). The camp host was kind enough to give us a gallon of her water, but I would have appreciated notice that the snow impacted the water turn on date so would could have packed in water.m

Awesome how secluded and quiet the yurts are, despite being close to the amenities of the lodge and only 15 minutes from Sisters! Was hard to find the winter amenities details of the yurt site in the winter (thought there would be running water) but other than that a great experience! If going in the winter be ready to chop lots of wood!
