What Guests Are Saying
Cape Perpetua campground offers a beautiful setting with clean facilities, including well-maintained bathrooms and friendly hosts. Many campers appreciate the proximity to stunning hiking trails and the peaceful sound of a nearby creek. However, some sites lack privacy, are not level, and can be affected by noise from the road and neighboring campers. Overall, it's a favorite spot for those looking to enjoy the Oregon Coast.

Campground is old and lacks a dump station. Water spigots are plentiful but are not threaded for a hose making it difficult to fill and RV water tank.

The hosts were great and very accommodating. We have a 27 foot motorhome, and we couldn't get level on our reserved spot (site #22). The hosts let us change sites (to #31) - no problem. There were lots of nice hikes. The Great Spruce is over 550 years old! We will be back!

Plenty of hiking with several levels of difficulty - able to hike to ocean without crossing traffic!

The campsites are in a draw beside a small stream which goes up the valley. Some sites are on the stream side, and some are across the road away from the stream. And while the campground is narrow and the campsites are close together, it does not feel cramped. The sound of the stream is a nice feature which adds to the sense of privacy. My only objection; and this is universal and has nothing to do with the campground, per se, is the use of portable generators. Most people who go camping--especially those who are in tents--do not want to hear the sound of a four-stroke engine as they are trying to relax. People, please leave your generators at home! If you need power, please pay the extra money for a campsite with power. Thank you

Quiet and beautiful location. More tent than RV sites makes it quieter and less busy.

We camped in an RV (boondocked). We did a few hikes and our favorite had to be getting a close up view of Thor's Well!. This is aa fabulous stop along the Oregon Coast and we will stay here again.

Great campsite alongside a babbling brook. Fresh water easily available, flush toilets. 20 minutes walk to the amazing geological features of Cape Perpetua.
