#74 is a great, secluded campsite with lake access. It was a great place for a much-needed re-charge. I camped during the week in mid-September, so the campground was not busy. Hiking trails in the area were also almost empty of other hikers, which made for a very peaceful few days in nature.
One thing to note: The walk down to the campsite from the designated parking area is steep, so be prepared. I would suggest leaving the heavy gear/coolers/etc. at home unless you are OK with carrying them down (and back up) a steep hill.

Loved this campground and with the road closed pass the campground made this place very quiet of background noise. Great that it has both water and a dump, close to the reservoir, hiking trails, Jake’s Rocks and Warren isn’t far.

Great spot! Access to the water via a small path. We took SUPs and it was awesome! You can access Jack's Rocks from the campground and we rode our mountain bikes. Very well maintained trials. The caretakers were friendly. The bathrooms are pretty basic and "rustic." But it's camping! We'll definitely be back.

I've been coming here since I was 7 years old and it is the most magical place. Having working bathrooms and showers is great when you have kiddos. Each site is isolated enough with lots of foliage that it feels quite private. The stars on a clear night are incredible :)

The location cannot be beat. Beautiful lake with great hiking and biking. Jakes Rocks and Rimrock overlocks are worth the walk.

From Warren, Pennsylvania, take PA-59 east for 13 miles. Turn onto Longhouse Scenic Byway/Forest Road 262 south and continue 3 miles to the campground. From the east, take PA-59. Just after crossing the Morrison Bridge over the Kinzua Arm of the reservoir, turn left and proceed 3 miles to the campground.
The campground is accessible from PA-59, which provides major access from Warren and the east. There are no nearby interstates or freeways within 25 miles.

General
- There is no beach available
- Camping fees must be paid after 30 minutes of arrival -if it is after hours please use the self pay station, don't forget to put your site number and license plate number on your fee envelope.
- Don't move firewood: To limit the spread of invasive tree-killing pests, firewood from outside the area is not permitted. Some states have quarantines and may confiscate your firewood. Please help protect our forests from invasive species by obtaining your firewood at or near your camping destination and burning it on-site. Visit dontmovefirewood.org for more information.
- Interagency passes are accepted at most sites and are valid for the pass holder and any accompanying passengers in a private vehicle. Pass holder must occupy the site.
- Please place trash in provided receptacles. Do not burn trash or waste food in the fire ring. This invites wild animals into the campground.
- Please build fires only in the fire ring or grill provided. Dead and down material can be used for fires but live trees, shrubs, and plants must not be cut or damaged.
- Pets must be on a leash at all times and cannot be left unattended. Please clean-up after your pets.
