I have been camping here for 40 + years and never had a problem this year they canceled almost all my trips so far.I think they should have been paving last fall when they closed in Sept.

approx 50 % of the campground was CLOSED ! Any work/improvements on any campground should NOT be done during the busy season ! Every COE campground I have visited had the swim beach walking distance from my campsite . This campground had NO beach . Campers had to drive 3- 5 miles to the beach and share it with the local population . This is total BS . Worst COE campground in the USA !

The road project has made things less enjoyable this year. Also, the temporary dump station is a joke.

Good site, little tight to put your camper in, but great spot. Steps and path to the water and your boat can tie up there.
Camp hosts are friendly and helpful people.
