Cancel our camping because it’s been closed since March 29 to repair 1/4 mile section of the main rd to lake, pine ,and canal loop that NOTHING has been done to get it finished. No bathrooms or showers working, did bring in portable showers/ bathrooms so disappointed, so many people had their whole summer ruined because of poor management of such a small section of the road, not much of a water front on new duck loop. Not sure who is in charge but this needs looked into !! Job jonnys parked in the sun not cleaned or empty in HEAT from sun. No dump station !! Hopefully this gets finished ASAP

Paid full price to stay at a non electric site to only find out after we arrived and set up that none of the facilities are working properly.

We were unaware that we would have to use porta potties. Then our tent site was the only site under water after heavy rains. With shortened office hours there was no staff to help resolve this and none of the hosts were out and about. All of this is unusual. We have enjoyed the campground on other stays and for other stays could give it 5 stars. Also from the website you wouldn’t know a large part of the campground was closed. Things you would like to know before leaving home.

The construction started at 6:30 every day. I know that isn't on the park but hearing tailgates hanging at that time is annoying. And the people around us were drinking ALL day and carrying around their glass bottles like it was no big deal!
